Episode 3: Hats, Hats, Hats

Hats have been a staple of human attire for thousands of years, ever since they were first invented in Ancient Greece. From the classic fedora to the modern visor, we’ve all known a hat or two in our time. They bring us joy, mark an occasion (such as a wedding), and do a great job at framing the face. They have also been used to keep heads warm, and spirits high, as well as to protect soldiers from bullets. Where would we be without hats? Let’s all take a minute to think about that question. And then let’s all take our hats off to hats. Hats – what even are they? Is a flannel a hat? Is a hat a hat when it’s not on your head? If I can put a box on my head and call it a hat, is it a hat before I put it on my head? What about after? Also, Kangol hats. They sure went out of fashion didn’t they? God, they used to be huge. But where are they now? All this and more in an episode of a podcast called Hats, Hats, Hats. Content warning: gratuitous sex, drug references, SEO.
