When you hear the phrase High school dropout, you imagine a spotty faced greaser hunkered down over a burnt spoon and a collection of childhood photos, poorly strum guitar chords and a throaty cough. Or Alan Sugar. Thankfully Mae Martin is neither. This delightfully fresh faced Canadian is one of our favourite commonwealth step children, whom we are only too delighted to welcome with wide open arms and a wreath of maple leaves.
